Opening an account

Only professional clients, both wholesalers and retailers, must open an account. Accounts are not necessary for private individuals.
Professional clients must give proof of their registration with the French Trade and Corporate Registry and provide their complete coordinates to create an account: complete corporate name, contact name and information, billing and delivery address, SIRET number, and, if applicable, their intercommunitary TVA number.
An order must be placed to open an account, followed by prompt payment within two weeks of bill reception.


Rules and Guidelines

Unless otherwise expressly stated or provided for by particular conditions, clients with accounts must pay within thirty days of the end of the billing month by bank transfer, credit card, check in Euros drawn from a French bank written out to Erudist, or by recovered bill of exchange.
Foreign clients must pay by credit card.

Orders are considered final.
Returns are subject to written and justified authorization.


Means of shipment

Messengers can pick up orders placed by fax or email at our sales desk 48 hours after their reception.
Orders sent by PRISME are deposited at the platform every Thursday evening.
Operating costs oblige us to require a minimum order of 40 € (after discount and excluding taxes) for all orders sent through PRISME. All orders for less than 40 € will automatically be mailed by La Poste or ExapaQ.
